This location is just a short drive to Downtown Richmond and the Southside with convenient access to interstates 895, 295, 95, and 64. Shopping is nearby at Stony Point Fashion Park, as well as in Downtown Richmond and Carytown. Everyday shopping is even closer at nearby shopping centers.
- I-64 to Laburnum Avenue Exit. Bear Right off exit, continue South on Laburnum, continue through the New Market Road (Rt. 5) intersection, turn right continuing on S. Laburnum to Settler's Ridge on left.
- 295 to Varina/New Market Road Exit. Turn left on S. Laburnum Avenue. Turn right continuing on S. Laburnum Avenue to Settler's Ridge on the left.
- 895 Pocahontas Parkway to New Market Road Exit, Turn left just off the Exit ramp on S. Laburnum Avenue to Settler's Ridge on the left.
